"Helpful care that kept us in the loop"
We used ag.care for my mum, and overall it was a good experience. I kind of assumed it would be hard to keep everyone on the same page, because that’s usually how these things go, but my sister and I were able to stay involved and know what was happening, which really helped take some stress off.
It wasn’t perfect, a couple of messages took longer to come back than I expected, and I started to notice that seemed to happen at busier times. Still, the care itself felt kind, practical, and steady, and my mum seemed comfortable with them, which was the main thing for us.

I left feeling uneasy. The appointment felt rushed, and I didn’t come away confident in the advice I was given. I understand people are busy, but when it comes to health, you’d hope for a bit more care, patience, and reassurance.

I was expecting the service to be ready when I needed it, but that hasn’t really been the case. Every time I try to use it, it seems unavailable, which is frustrating. I thought it would be more reliable than this.

I waited a few days to hear back, and most of the replies felt like copy-and-paste answers that didn’t really solve the issue. It was frustrating, but at some point I just accepted that I wasn’t going to get much more help and worked around it.

"Complaint still not sorted"
Well... I reached out to ag.care about my complaint, but the way it was handled was really disappointing. The replies took far too long, I kept having to repeat the same details, and by the end it didn’t feel like anything had actually been resolved. I was just hoping for a straightforward answer or some kind of proper solution, but it dragged on with no real outcome. Not happy with the experience at all.

I didn’t have a great experience with AG Care -, mainly because the communication was unclear. This was around March, or maybe early April, I can’t remember exactly, but I kept having to ask the same questions more than once and the replies still didn’t really answer what I was asking.
It kind of felt like they expected me to already understand what was going on. The updates came slowly and were confusing when they did show up, so I was left guessing most of the time. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

I felt a bit ignored during my visit. Everything seemed rushed, and I didn’t really feel like anyone was taking the time to listen or check in properly. The care wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could’ve been better.

"Just didn’t feel comfortable using it"
I tried using it, but honestly... I didn’t feel great about sharing my personal info there. Something about it just made me uneasy. I reached out to support, and their answers were kind of vague, not exactly reassuring. In the end, I left still feeling worried, so I decided not to keep using it
"Billing was confusing and the apologies felt scripted"
I found the billing frustrating. It wasn’t clear what I was being charged for or when the charges would happen, and I had to dig around way too much just to find basic pricing info. When I reached out, the responses felt like those canned apologies that don’t actually explain anything, which just made it more annoying. Maybe it makes sense to other people, but for me the whole thing felt unclear and unnecessary

"Scheduling can be a bit all over the place"
ag.care has been okay overall, but the scheduling has been kind of hit or miss for me. I had a couple appointments get moved around last minute, which was a little frustrating. When everything lines up, it’s totally fine, I just wish the times were a bit more reliable.

"I didn’t feel like this was..."
I didn’t feel like this was worth the price. It’s not terrible, but for what you actually get, it just seems too expensive. I walked away feeling a little disappointed.
"Onboarding left me frustrated"
I signed up for ag.care thinking it would be fairly straightforward, but the onboarding was kind of a mess. I kept trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next, then I’d ask for help, wait around, get a half-answer, and somehow end up back where I started. It felt like being sent in circles for way too long. Maybe other people have a smoother time with it, I don’t know, but for me the whole first experience was confusing, frustrating, and just not really worth the hassle.

"I was hoping for more personalized care..."
I was hoping for more personalized care, but it felt generic. I didn’t really feel like they were listening to what I needed, and I had to repeat myself a couple times, which got a little frustrating haha. The replies were also slower than I expected. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just wasn’t that helpful

"They Made a Simple Visit Feel Difficult"
I was expecting a straightforward experience, but the staff made it feel way harder than it needed to be. They came across as rude and unprofessional, and it put me off. A little basic courtesy would have made a big difference.

"Caregiver felt cold and rushed tbh"
Not really happy with ag.care. The caregiver we got just didn’t seem that caring or patient with my mom, which was upsetting. It felt like they were just trying to check off the tasks and leave ASAP. Maybe other people had a better experience, idk, but for us it was really disappointing.

"A little late, but the job got done"
They ended up doing an okay job overall, but my gut feeling is the scheduling could use some work. They showed up later than planned, so I was stuck waiting around longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just one of those things that leaves you feeling like they could be a bit more respectful of people’s time.

I couldn’t really get anywhere with it. The pages kept freezing on me, and a bunch of the buttons didn’t seem to do what they were supposed to. Maybe it was just a bad day for the site, but it definitely wasn’t usable for me.

"Literally took too long to get a reply"
I really wanted to like ag.care, but the response time was frustrating. I had a simple question and it literally took way too long to hear back. When they finally replied, the answer was fine, but by then I’d already followed up more than once. It wasn’t the worst service ever, but the slow communication definitely made the whole experience annoying.

"Constant caregiver changes made it hard to trust the care"
The caregivers seemed to change almost every week, and it made things really hard to plan around. More importantly, my mom never had enough time to get comfortable with anyone before someone new showed up. After a while, it started to wear down my confidence in the whole setup because we never knew who was coming or what to expect.
